DELIVERY COSTS
We only use reputable couriers to ensure goods arrive with you safely and on time.  This costs a little more!  Price as follows:

FREE DELIVERY for orders over £149 (Mainland UK excl Highlands/Islands/Northern Ireland/IoW) This is normally Next Working Day*.

Delivery price for orders under £149:
£3.95 for Small items (small jiffy bag) 2-3 days Royal Mail
£8.95 Next Working Day* - Mon-Fri (UK Mainland - excluding Highlands/Islands/NI/IoW) for most items

* Please note, Next Working Day Delivery - this is NOT a guaranteed service - as cccassionally due to circumstances beyond their control - couriers cannot provide this service (road closures/bad weather/vehicle breakdown etc)


For larger / heavier items and for some parts of the UK there may be an additional delivery surcharge.  We will contact you to discuss this - with the option to cancel your order if this is not acceptable. 


DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to deliver stock items within 2 working days.  Generally this is the next working day (MON-FRI) if ordered by 2pm.  If items are out of stock we will contact you to discuss delivery dates.  Some items will always be shipped direct to you from our suppliers.  Stock Goods ordered on Friday before 2pm will arrive Monday.  At present we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery service.

BANK HOLIDAYS
When ordered over weekend and Bank Holidays - items will be shipped on the next working day (Mon-Fri) AFTER the Bank Holiday - please please allow extra time if placing your order at Holiday times.

For stock items, our standard courier is DPD Local.  Once shipped, they will email you with a proposed 1 hour delivery time window on the day of delivery.  If you will not be available to receive and sign for the goods - please respond to the email to reschedule.

On receipt, please check the goods prior to signing.  In the event of damage - either refuse the goods - or sign stating that the boxes are damaged / unchecked.   You must call us within 12 hours to report any damage.
