RETURNS - Please read carefully.

If you're reading this as you're not sure what you're going to order is correct - then please call us first on 01473 353 456 - as we'd rather make sure to avoid you needing to return incorrect items.

Should you need to return an item to us, then please contact us first to discuss and arrange a "Return Authorization".

The cost of returning the item (whether not required / under warranty) is at your (the customer's) expense as manufacturers do not cover this.

You must ensure the item is well packed and that the item is suitably insured in transit - as it could be lost or damaged in transit.  Any damage in transit is at your (the customers) liability.  Please remember that someone is not going to carry your "baby" carefully.  It could be rolled, dropped, knocked as it moves from van to truck to van.  Pack it to cope with the worst!

Always ensure that you include your contact details, return address and phone number


Please note that some items may NOT be returned for refund for hygiene reasons.  These include some microphones, in-ear monitoring systems.  In addition, software / CDs and sealed items that have been opened may not be returned for refund.

In the event of returning any item to us as "unwanted", the items must be returned within 14 days of purchase (call us first to obtain authorization) and returned to us "un-used",  in original packaging with all accessories.  

Always pack the item inside another box.  Do NOT stick labels / tape onto the actual unit outer box (unless we supplied it to you this way).

In the event of an item showing Signs of Use - or being in less than perfect and complete condition we will make a 10 -25% deduction in the refund price as the item can no longer be sold as new.  Should any items/accessories not be included - or any additional damage to the units then we reserve the right to make additional financial deductions accordingly.  

Please note: You (the customer) will need to pay the cost of returning the item to us.

WARRANTY REPAIRS

Should you need a repair on a product supplied by us, please contact us to discuss.  If you need to return the item - please see details / instructions above.  We do not currently have a repair facility for products not purchased from us - but if you have a product purchased elsewhere from one of our Manufacturers, then we will be able to put you in touch with the Manufacturers recommended UK repair facilty who may be able to help with spares/service requests.  Please call us FIRST.
